Ok I'm acting judge of this event, I'm also the admin in charge of rules, fair play, moderation and watching for overpowering.

Here is a basic run over:

There are going to be 8 players, in 4 separate matches, which will break off into 2 matches and the winner will be taking home the prize.

The winner of the tournament will receive one free jutsus of their creation, at which leading administrators (Ryuke and Pein) will observe, and accept or tell you to re-write.

The chuunin participating, i shall observe your matches, and even if you lose, i will make a non-biased decision at which of you did best, and he/she will receive the rank up.

The rank up shall be chosen from the following:

-How far you get
-Intelligence behind moves
-Strategy
-Fair play
-Tactics (aggressive, or good agility)
-Attitude
-Jutsus used/how you used them

You will ONLY be allowed the Jutsus you have. You MUST use fight regulated rules and objects you have (aka, don't pull out a bomb if you never use them). Anyone cheating or abusing rules shall be warned. 3 warnings and you are disqualified.

The sets shall be posted, and the matches will be set up. Fight at your own time, or wait for me to observe. If you have a problem, Stop and ask my guidance, I am very active.

ADDITONAL RULE:

-If you have a demon, you are not allowd to utilise it, it's a tournament, not a fight to the death.
-There is NO death. If you kill another member,they shall be healed, and restored to the tournament, and you are disqualified.
-No forbidden Jutsus are allowed in the tournament, remember, ANBU are watching you, and you go to jail bad boy.
-There shall be no cursing or swearing at other players. Terms like "damn you" are allowed, but no direct use of swear words.
-There shall be no flirtation or perversion during the tournament. I don't like perverts, so as judge i won't like you.
