You can take Gaara's powers...It is unique..and u said you have a monster like Shukaku...
From all the tailed demons...Shukaku is the only one who can have that powers...
and he was already extracted by the AKATSUKI...

I would find it a bit over powered to have a demon sealed inside of you, and god mod with it. And KazeKage as a rank? Isnt Gaara the current KazeKage?
