Characteristics: He posses the unknown skill of Ranmaru the skill to
see the inner parts of the body as well as it's chakra similar to the
byakugan but it has a special characterstic the it could also see the
amount of chakra and life force of a person which the byakugan can only
see the amount of chakra.It is unknown how did he get this skill.
Kitsuke also has the ability to mix his ninjutsu with his weapon 2 shuriken blade.


He can also open the eight gates of divinity like Maito Guy and Lee
it is unknown how did he learned to open this gate but he can only open 6 gates.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique
Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique.The Kage Bunshin
distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a
real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize
any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses,
any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja
and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent
training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to
maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows
the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn
with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu
Kage Bunshin.

a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to
create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has
the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having
physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks
on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not
travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured,
the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari.
Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a

them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with
the sickling winds.

their opponents attack.

Gourai Rensa - Strong Thunder Lotus Chain

Gourai Rensa is a taijutsu technique used by Rock Lee. Kitsuke first opens
a celestial gate to increase his speed, he then uses his extending
chain weapon to wrap up his opponent and launch them into the air. Kitsuke
himself will then launch into the air and begin a barrage of strikes,
knocking his opponent back towards the ground. He will then finish them
off with a strong strike right into the ground itself.

Hien - Flying Swallow

Hien is a Taijutsu technique used by the Leaf ninja Asuma. Feeding his
chakra into his knuckle knives, Asuma will extend the length of his
blades. An extra extension of invisible chakra will create a sharp edge
that functions like the normal blade itself. Seeing his knives his
opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming
strike. Even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade,
the chakra portion may cut into them as well.

Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop

Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique used by Uchiha Sasuke. While at
an elevated position, Sasuke will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly
locking himself to their back, he will lock his ankles to their neck to
get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the
ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a
great concussion to his opponent's head.

Omote Renge - Front Lotus
Omote
Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the
strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial
Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in
the brain and push the body farther. In Kitsuke's case, he was able to
increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Kitsuke first
loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly
below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward.
Kitsuke then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his
opponent. He then wraps his arms and the bandages around his opponent
to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, Kitsuke
begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent
head first into the ground. At the last moment Kitsuke himself releases
the
bandages and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his
opponent, it also takes its toll on Kitsuke's body as well.

Ura Renge - Reverse Lotus


Ura Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain
it puts on a ninja's body. To complete the technique, Kitsuke had to open
the first five of the Celestial Gates. By opening the first of the
Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the
restraints in the brain and push the body farther.In Kitsuke's case, he
was able to increase his speed and power. By opening the second gate,
the Heal Gate, Kitsuke was able to temporarily increase his stamina. With
the opening of the Third Gate, the Life Gate, Kitsuke's body turns a shade
of red and he is able to perform the Ura Renge. When Kitsuke performed the
technique though, he also opened the fourth gate, the Harm Gate, and
the fifth gate, the Limit Gate. Opening the gates removes the limiters
placed on the body, and by opening these gates Kitsuke was given a great
increase in power in speed. The technique was forbidden though because
as each subsquent gate is opened, the body faces more and more strain.
When Kitsuke opened the fifth gate, his muscles began to snap.

To utilize the Ura Renge, Kitsuke will open the first three Celestial
Gates. Then, like Omote Renge, he quickly moves beneath the target and
kicks them upwards. While in the air Kitsuke will then pummel his opponent
throughout the air with high speed Taijutsu attacks to weaken them.
Then at the apex of his attack he will strike his opponent in the chest
towards the ground. Kitsuke then moves in close to his opponent and
attaches his bandage. Kitsuke will then allow his opponent to get some
distance, he then pulls his target back to his body and does a hard
downward palm strike to their chest causing them to crash into the
ground with massive damage.

The Gouken form focuses on injuring the body and breaking bones, dealing primary damage to the outer body.

Description: The
eight chakra gates are eight specific points on a person's chakra
circulatory system. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a
person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from
the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much
weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these
gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of
extreme damage to their own bodies. Rock Lee is able to open the first
five gates. Guy, who taught Lee the skill, is able to open at least
six. Kakashi can open at least one gate, as shown in during Kakashi's
one-handed rock climbing where a shot of his brain shows the relevant
point activating. The gates and what they release are listed below:

1.
Gate of Opening releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the
muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.

2.
Gate of Rest releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a
battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight
had just started.

3. Gate of Life is located on the spinal cord,
and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information
travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side
effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen
level.

4. Gate of Pain releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.

5. Gate of Closing releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.

6.
Gate of Joy removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the
intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources,
giving the user even more power and stamina.

7. Gate of Shock
removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from
dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to
work with, producing even more power and stamina.

8. Gate of
Death opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the
body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the
power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is
used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big
bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's
body including the heart. Death is assured when opening this gate hence
the name.

Just one swing of wings can create a typhoon.

History/Background Story:

Kitsuke's history was little known...:

When he was little he was taught by wind jutsus by the teachers of the
SUNA.When he was 16 he travelled out of his country.After 3 months he
was declared a MISSING-NIN.His only motives known by his mentors was to
haunt those who killed his clan.And that was the AKATSUKI.With raged on
his heart he travelled from different country to learn different
jutsu.When he was in the hidden mist he met a clan member of Haku's
clan who is believed one to teach him Haku's clan bloodline limit.Which
is impossible but because his element is Wind & Element it is
possible with nearly 2 years of training.He mastered different
Water techniques including WIND and WATER element jutsus.After that he
travelled again this time to the Hidden Leaf village.And met Maito
Guy.Maito guy would teach anyone who want's to learn.He taught him all
the secrets of TAIJUTSU.He also taught him the lotus.How to open
certain gates.Which is forbidden due to the risks to the students.After
a 1 year his ambition was complete his only vision now...
