The Tournament of the Leaf

The Tournament of the Leaf. The winner gets a money prize and an opportunity to create one custom Jutsu. At least four people are needed

Requirements:
1) No Akatsuki, Missing Nin or Sound nin
2) Char has to be in Konoha

While Shino walks past the arena, he sees a list with an announcment of a tournament and decides to sign up

Ino makes her way down the street, carrying a big bundle of flowers. Her eyes catch hold of a small sign up sheet.

A tournament? This should be interesting...Ino just do it! You haven't fought in a while..

Ino reacehs down for the pen, signing her names across the sheet.

Kakashi's walking along the street while reading the latest volume of Make Out. While walking he saw a sign board stating that a tournament will be held at the arena. Kakashi immediately go inside and register himself to the tournament.

Kakashi was given a form and grabs a ballpen then sign it up immediately with the required information.

Hinata passes by a small shop in the streets of Konoha, noticing the sign up sheet for the tournament. She stands there, staring at it, thinking about whether or not she should join. After several long moments of thinking, Hinata signs up to join in on the tournament.
