A large empty room, located on the top of the tower. Nearby there is a lab where all the Pein bodies sleep when they're not needed. Yahiko Pein rests in the quarters when he's not needed.

Deidara flies in via his giant clay bird, flying above the tower. Once it was the right moment, Deidara jumps off the bird only to land atop the tower, swinging himself inside and landing in a crouching position on his feet. He quieted down knowing that Pein rests in this area, so he stands up and brushes the dust off waiting for his leader to awaken.

Pein turns around, looking at Deidara with his Swirly eyes

Deidara, I've had a change of plans. There is a person, who I want to join our organization. He will be very useful to our cause. Since your partner is on a mission right now, I will accompany you in that task.

The man's name is Kenshin and he's a missing nin from Otogakure. He is very skilled in both Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. He also knew Orochimaru, so he will help us to bring him down.

Pein looked at Deidara, waiting for his response

Deidara's fine, blonde eyebrow rose a little.

This guy better be good, un...

He nodded slowly as now both his eyebrows creased.

Hmm.. alright, un.. but how do you know he will not betray us?

No but.. he might be a spy sent by one of the village Hokages, un.

Deidara frowned just a tad at the thought.

And then all our plans will be thrown away, and we might get caught somehow. I don't trust this guy, un. I'll keep a close eye on him if you don't mind.

That's why I am going with you, Deidara. Minding your... explosive attitude, it would right for having someone else more patient on your side.

And about this guy... he's a missing nin. He's an outcast. Nobody cares about him... Pein stopped for a second. The memories of his childhood flooded his mind.

Deidara said in a joking manner before shaking his head.

Either way, he might pretend to be a missing nin. You never know, un.

That's exactly why you wouldn't betray us. You havenothing except the Akatsuki and so does everyone in our organization. Ignoring Deidara's statement, Pein jumps on Deidara's bird, waiting for him to get on

Deidara's lips dropped to a very faint frown, but he shook his head and jumped behind Pein, landing on the bird, holding onto his straw hat. He turned his head to look over his shoulder.

Where to, un?

Deidara led both Pein and Kenshin via the clay bird to Pein's quarters, the bird hovering down to the ground before landing, and Deidara motioned for them to get off.

Kenshin jumps off the bird, landing into the platform, looking up at Pein and Deidara, waiting for them to join up.

Pein teleports from the claybird, down

So, Kenshin, as I told you... To join the organization, you have to go through one more challenge..

What will it be this time? Kenshin rubs his chin in thought.
